This Privacy Policy explains how Sculpi handles your personal data. The data controller is Kryvu Comercio de Produtos Naturais LTDA (trade name "Kryvu Natural"), CNPJ 59.190.840/0001-07, with registered office at Rua Cel Jose Eusebio, 95, Casa 13, Higienópolis, São Paulo – SP, 01239-030, Brazil ("we", "us", "our"). Sculpi respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under Brazilian LGPD, EU GDPR, UK GDPR, California CCPA and other applicable laws.

Data we collect

• Account data: email address you enter during signup.
• Quiz responses: your answers to the personalization quiz (age range, goals, focus areas, lifestyle).
• Payment data: billing details (name, billing address, payment card) are collected and stored by Paddle, our merchant of record. We never see or store your full card details.
• Usage data: session activity (pages viewed, exercise sessions completed, progress photos you choose to upload).
• Device data: browser type, OS, IP address, anonymized usage analytics.

How we use your data

• To deliver and personalize your Sculpi plan.
• To send you account, billing, and product update emails related to your subscription.
• To improve our service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Who we share data with

• Paddle (payment processor and merchant of record).
• Email service provider for transactional and product emails.
• Analytics providers (anonymized aggregate data only).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Sculpi is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
