Sculpi is operated by Kryvu Comercio de Produtos Naturais LTDA (CNPJ 59.190.840/0001-07), with registered office at Rua Cel Jose Eusebio, 95, Casa 13, Higienópolis, São Paulo – SP, 01239-030, Brazil. Subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record.
How to cancel inside the Sculpi app

After confirming, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period and no further charges occur. A confirmation email is sent automatically by Paddle (merchant of record).
How the Sculpi subscription works
Sculpi is a recurring subscription service. When you start your subscription via Sculpi Quiz, you authorize:
- A one-time charge of $1.00 USD today for full 7-day Sculpi Premium access.
- An automatic recurring charge of $9.90 USD per month, beginning on day 8 after your sign-up, continuing every month until you cancel.
- All charges are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as the merchant of record.
Billing dates
Your monthly billing cycle begins on day 8 after sign-up. You will be charged the recurring price on the same date each month thereafter. We do not issue invoices in advance — your card statement is the receipt of charge.
Pre-billing notification
You will receive an email reminder before your trial converts into a paid subscription, in compliance with Paddle's recurring billing requirements.
Currency and tax
Prices shown are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes. Local taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) will be added at checkout where required by law and remitted by Paddle on your behalf.
Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, Paddle will retry up to 4 times across 14 days. If all retries fail, your subscription will be suspended until you update your payment method.
Price changes
If we change the recurring price of your subscription, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
