Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Sculpi mobile and web application and related services ("Sculpi", the "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). Sculpi is operated by Kryvu Comercio de Produtos Naturais LTDA (trade name "Kryvu Natural"), CNPJ 59.190.840/0001-07, with registered office at Rua Cel Jose Eusebio, 95, Casa 13, Higienópolis, São Paulo – SP, 01239-030, Brazil. By accessing or using Sculpi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sculpi. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Sculpi is offered as a subscription service. Payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). When you start a subscription:

• You will be charged the displayed introductory price for the initial period.
• At the end of the introductory period, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard recurring price displayed at checkout.
• You can cancel at any time before the next billing date from your account settings or by contacting support.
• All charges are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund & 4-Week Guarantee

If you complete 4 weeks of your Personalized Program and share your weekly progress screenshots, you are eligible for a full refund of your subscription fees as described in our Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) reverse engineer the service, (b) share your account, (c) use the service for unlawful purposes, or (d) interfere with the service's operation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software in Sculpi are owned by Sculpi or its licensors and are protected by international copyright laws.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Sculpi is a wellness app, not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise routine. Discontinue use if you experience pain or discomfort.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sculpi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall be submitted to the courts of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction grant you a different forum.
