Cancellation Policy

Sculpi is operated by Kryvu Comercio de Produtos Naturais LTDA (CNPJ 59.190.840/0001-07). Subscriptions are billed by Paddle.com Market Limited (merchant of record). For refund-specific terms see our Refund Policy.

How to cancel inside the Sculpi app

Three taps. No phone calls, no retention friction. Below are the screens you'll see.

3. Confirm — done

After confirming, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period and no further charges occur. A confirmation email is sent automatically by Paddle (merchant of record).

How to cancel

You can cancel your Sculpi subscription any time. Cancellation prevents the next billing cycle from being charged. To cancel:

  • Open the Sculpi app → Settings → Subscription → Cancel.
  • Or use the self-service cancellation link in your Paddle receipt email.
  • Or email billing@sculpi.app at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

What happens after you cancel

You will retain access to Sculpi Premium until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier.

$1 introductory charge

The $1 introductory charge is non-refundable as it is the access fee for your 7-day intro period. Cancelling during the 7 days ends auto-renewal but does not refund the $1.

4-Week Money-Back Guarantee

If you actively complete 4 weeks of your Personalized Program, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your monthly subscription fees. To request:

  1. Complete 4 weeks of your Personalized Program (you have up to 2 months to complete the 4 weeks).
  2. Email billing@sculpi.app from the email address used at sign-up.
  3. Attach screenshots of "Weekly Results" from your Sculpi app, showing each of the 4 completed weeks.
  4. Your refund will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation.

Chargebacks

Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact billing@sculpi.app — we resolve almost all issues directly within 1 business day.

Cancellation outside the EU

Once you cancel, your subscription continues until the end of the billing period and no further charges occur.

Cancellation inside the EU / UK (Right of Withdrawal)

By starting your subscription and accessing Sculpi content immediately, you expressly consent to begin receiving the digital service before the 14-day cooling-off period expires, and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
